Closeout items are sold at deep discounts. They are sold “as is” and are returnable for store credit only.
Feed & Fly Predators®
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on feed, supplements, or Fly Predators. Once it’s left the warehouse, we can’t take it back. These items are still covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, so if you’re not satisfied, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.
Health Care & Intimates
The health of our customers, their horses, and our employees is important to us. Open and/or expired health care products, as well as all panties and body jewelry, are not eligible for return due to health concerns.
Trying on a blanket for fit? Please use a sheet underneath to keep the blanket clean and in new condition. If you’d like to return a blanket due to defect, please make sure to wash it before sending it back as we cannot process returns on dirty or soiled products.
We are happy to accept returns on items shipped internationally. You are responsible for any duty or taxes associated with the return shipment however. Please contact us to obtain an authorization prior to making an international return shipment.
We are committed to following all International Copyright Laws and ending pirating of intellectual property. Due to International Copyright Law; DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs, or digital downloads are not eligible for return.
